Fort Littles and Nursery
At Fort Baptist, our littles are a key part of our church; we value their presence and the opportunity to teach them the love of Christ. We provide a safe place where our babies and toddlers can come and learn about Jesus Christ. We want to support parents and guardians through teaching the truths found in Scripture in order to provide children with a biblical foundation for building their lives upon.

Check out our calendar in 'News and Events' for upcoming events! We'd love to have you be a part of them!
What to Expect?
First, when you enter the Church, we have a welcome table to the left of the sanctuary entrance. You will meet a Fort Kids' worker at the welcome table and they will help you check your child into our system. They will provide you with instructions on how to pick up your child at the end of the service.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
-
Parent/guardian name(s)
-
Child's name
-
Child's birthdate
-
Phone number
-
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Second, children 0-4 years of age will be taken to one of 2 rooms, either the Fort Nursery Room (0-2 years old) or the Fort Littles Room (3-4 years old). Parents/Guardians may also choose to stay in the Fort Nursery Room with their child(ren).

Third, safety is a priority at Fort Kids and we strive to create a safe place for our children and adults to worship. Our Fort Nursery Ministry workers have updated background checks and are trained to work in the Fort Nursery Ministry. Training is a priority at Fort Baptist, and we require year round training sessions for our Fort Nursery Ministry workers. Fort Baptist keeps the building and all rooms safe and secure. On a Sunday morning, you can expect 2-3 helpers in the nursery, usually consisting of 1 adult and 1-2 of our older youth girls.
